Our classic, fruit forward Zweigelt with scents of dark cherries and sour cherries. Soft tannins, mild and elegant. Fine spices on the palate - typical of the variety and well balanced.
Hand picking and pre-selection in the vineyard. Optical sorting of the grapes at the winery. Natural and temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Punch downs and pump overs twice a day. Fermentation on the grape skins for 22 days, natural malolactic fermentation in used French barriques. On full lees in used barrels until bottling.
