TASTING NOTE
Deep, juicy dark cherry fruit with a delicate nougat note and dark chocolate undertone. Full-bodied, powerful and concentrated. Elegant fine wood spice and a delicate tobacco note on the palate. Long, creamy finish. Fine acid structure with velvety tannins.
VINIFICATION
Hand-picking and pre-selection in the vineyard. Optical sorting of the grapes at the winery. Spontaneous fermentation in wooden fermentation stands. Gentle manual submersion and flooding of the mash cake several times a day. Storage and maturation for 18 months in new barriques.
