Scents of blackberries and ripe raspberries on the nose. On the palate red berries and cherries. Spicy and full-bodied at the same time elegant and juicy. Delicate wood note, velvety tannins. Nice length with fine acidity.



Hand picking and pre-selection in the vineyard. Optical sorting of the grapes at the winery. Natural and temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Gentle punch downs and pump overs twice a day. 21 days on the grape skins, natural malolactic fermentation in used French barrique barrels. 12 monts on fine lees until bottling.
