 TASTING NOTE 
 
 A wonderfully smooth and soft Zweigelt, which is characterized by its intense fruit aromas. Black berry fruit, clear herbal spice, a hint of blackberries and some tobacco spice. Juicy, ripe plums, fine fruit sweetness, elegant and balanced. Pleasant freshness and a delicate touch of chocolate in the aftertaste.
 
 
 
 VINIFICATION
 
Hand picking and pre-selection in the vineyarda. Optical sorting of the grapes at the winery. Natural temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Punch downs and pumpovers twice a day. 22 days  on the grape skins, natural malolactic fermentation in used French barrique barrels. One year on full lees in used oak barrels until bottling.
