 TASTING NOTE
 
 A wonderfully fruity and accessible Grüner Veltliner. With white pepper, grapefruit, lime and lemon notes. Fresh, delicate and pleasant on the palate, elegant minerality supported by refreshing acidity.
 

 
 VINIFICATION
 
 Hand-picked and pre-selected in the vineyard. Removal of the stems, then carefully pressed. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Storage on the fine yeast until the first bottling in November 2024.
