 TASTING NOTE
 
 Our classic fruity Chardonnay impresses on the nose with citrus, stone fruit and elegant exotic fruit. Underpinned by fine notes of nuts and biscuit. Smooth and mineral with a fine acid structure, sparkling, fresh mandarin aromas on the palate.
 

 
 VINIFICATION
 
 Hand-picked and pre-selected in the vineyard. Removal of the stems, then carefully pressed. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Storage on the fine yeast until the first bottling in January 2024.
