TASTING NOTE A wonderfully smooth and soft cuvée made from Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch and St.Laurent, characterized by its intense fruit aromas. Black berries, fine herbal spices, a hint of blackberries. Juicy, ripe plums. Elegant and balanced, pleasant freshness.
VINIFICATION
Hand picking and pre-selection in the vineyard. Optical sorting of the grapes at the winery. Natural, temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Gentle punch downs and pump overs several times a day. 22 days on the grape skins, malolactic fermentation in used French barriques. On full lees in used barrels until the first bottling afer 8 months.
