TASTING NOTE
A wonderfully smooth and soft cuvée made from Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch and St. Laurent, which is characterized by its intense fruit aromas. Black berries, fine herbal spices, a hint of blackberries. Juicy, ripe plums. Elegant and balanced, pleasant freshness.
VINIFICATION
Hand-picking and pre-selection in the vineyard. Optical sorting of the grapes at the winery. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Gently submerging and flooding the mash cake several times a day. After 21 days on the grape skins, biological malolactic fermentation in used French barriques. Subsequent storage and maturation until the first filling in used wooden barrels.
